It spent huge public funds, meriting a progressive application. This is the first. Second, the clan formed a parasitic bureaucracy, skillfully operating subsidy flows from the state budget. In fact, the innovation economy - this is not the modernization of production and release of a fundamentally new product. Such a product that could change the economic landscape. Innovative product was the first cellular phones and personal computers. But now the phones and computers only improved, and they are no longer an innovative product. I do not claim that we are producing solid innovative products. No, I will admit that the share of innovative products in our company is still small. But we will increase this proportion. And we know how to do it. The main thing - trust your guiding star: namely, that we are able to integrate into the global innovation economy. And our place in this process, we see not even the evaluation Russian agencies that are responsible for innovation development of economy, but by what percentage we are in today's global marketplace. According to this proportion, the western market greatly appreciates our technological, intellectual and organizational capacities.
