"Forum of Russia 2012" worked in Moscow for five days (from January 30 to February 4). A special invitation to the forum received Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Omsktehuglerod" Valery KAPLUNAT.

"Russia Forum" - a traditional meeting place for exceptional people who can influence the fate of Russia and the world. This year it was attended by more than 3.5 thousand people, more than 200 speakers.
Among the participants of the forum - Economic Development Minister Elvira Nabiullina, Finance Minister Anton Silvanus, Minister of Education and Science Andrei Fursenko, the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, president and CEO of Sberbank of Russia German Gref, the chairman of the board of directors of the company "Troika Dialog" Ruben Vardanyan, representatives of leading Russian and foreign companies, prominent economists and experts. For delegates to the Forum organized a public panel sessions, debates, round tables. The Forum provided delegates to the new format of the economic dialogue, the opportunity to get acquainted with the diversity of ideas and points of view on issues of global development and the unique opportunity to communicate with international investors, political leaders and heads of Russian and international corporations.

February 2 with the forum participants met Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. In his speech at the plenary session of the forum, entitled "The New Economic Policy in an era of global change," Putin discussed the issues of new realities and challenges that Russia faces in transforming the global economy. He described the situation in the world economy, saying that "today the financial sector is inflated and detached from the real economy."

- This is the conclusion of which lasted almost five centuries, a period dominated a number of states in politics, economics and finance. The main centers of global growth move beyond the so-called conditional historical West, increases the importance of the Asia-Pacific region, of course, and BRICS countries - said Putin.

The forum was organized jointly by Sberbank of Russia and Troika Dialog in a new, larger format and became, according to experts, a variety of topics, and more representative in terms of participants and speakers than in previous years.
